Patrick F. Connolly
Meet Patrick Connolly, WACSC Board Member
A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, Patrick Connolly began his career in international business with Gulf Oil Corporation, and later moved into energy banking with First National Bank of Boston.
Overseas assignments included the U.K., Europe, and the Far East. Patrick joined the World Bank in 1991, and for twelve years was engaged in economic development work in Africa and South Asia. Retired, he now devotes his time to painting. Over the past few years, Patrick has made presentations to the World Affairs Council on South Africa and the World Bank.
Patrick holds a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in International Finance and Politics from the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University and Harvard University. He earned his Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics from the National University in Dublin, Ireland. Patrick resides in Windsor.
